Hi All,
If winglets are fitted to a glider locally and the
modification is made legal, who certifys the mod, the Australian Gliding
Authority or CASA? If the Certification is certified by the Gliding people does
it then mean that the Gliding Assn is acting on behalf of CASA and that the mod
should be recognised by tha NZ CAA.If the acceptance by CAA becomes too
much of a hassel for the seller and myself I would be looking TO BUY
AN UNMODDED JANTAR 3 preferably kitted out wih the Borgelt 2000 system but
