Just wondering if anyone would know where I could hire or have donated a 'Wicket Cam', 'Stump Cam', or 'Lipstick Camera' for 2 weeks?

You can get them at well-stocked camera stores for about $200-ish (or even less).

They require a 12V external power supply (glider batteries are fine,
but you'll have to solder up your own adaptor cable)

They also require a mini-DV camera or similar with a video-in port.

They don't have microphones built-in, so you'll either need an external
one or you'll have to do without audio (Sony mini-DV cameras turn off
the internal mic when you select video-in as the input source. Other
brands are probably similar)
