no worries Rob - it's early days yet, but I think that
is exactly 'the sort of thing' we will soon be
discussing. No guarantees, but I for one am all for
using some form of visual media. Flying gliders can be
such a visual thing - speed, grace etc.etc. & great
views. If we were to press enough discs, the cost
would be acceptable I suspect. If we include them with
AEF's we would certainly go through a few -apparently
we do at least 13000 AEF's a year in oz!

you've probably missed a little of what i am saying.
i thinkthe whole idea of this "movie" is great. put it
on a dvd with lucylearns to fly and give it to every
aef we do (nearly 400 a year for us)and the word will
get round as the disk gets passed around.

what iwas saying is that the gfa could spend 250k
australia wide in a month andget little long term
benefit. in my business we spend about that per
annumand that's in brisbane alone. if we stop the
advertising the work stopswithin a fortnight and we
are selling a product 3 out of four peopleuse.

what i would like to see is the gfa co-ordinate the
thing andpay to run off a few thousand disks for clubs
todistribute.
