Mark,
You are impressing me more and more with your cool, clear analyses.
People without insurance don't get sued because the plaintiff's lawyer
realises he won't get paid. So if the plaintiff insists on going ahead
anyway the lawyer will ask for say $50,000 to be put in his trust fund
against his expenses and charges. He'll ask for more when that is gone.
That usually ends the matter.
