try searching the archives or r.a.s. There was a reference to reverse pulley 
launching there a year or 2 ago, with links to pictures of the equipment at one 
site

Could you give some more info about it !

How it is working now ? ie pulley design/rope or cable type/vehicle 
type/mechanism
to roll up cable at the end of the day/height achieved on various wind
strengths etc ?

What problems have you had ?

What have you tried in relation to pulley towing before ?

How does it compare against the winch ?

Any pictures ?
