Someone with more time might like to check the r.a.s. archive at the time
of the Cal City spin in. I think Cindy or Marty had some more relevant
comments about the pilots.

It really doesn't matter how much spinning training is done in the Puch.
Surely 24 spin ins is unacceptable? Plus the close calls?

Problem is there is no international body looking at these stats, only
national bodies and there will usually only be none to a few in each country.
