A couple of questions...

1) How do you find out which airfields will require cards? On my 750 I
was for a while considering an outlanding at Roma...which I think has
charter ops but no RPT.

2) What happens if you do outland at an airfield that requires the card
and you don't have one? (With the way this government works, I can
imagine a stay in Baxter might be arranged).

3) Are glider pilots going to be told any of this stuff officially???
