Correct. The highest performance glider will go around fastest, the 
lowest will land out with the end of soaring conditions for the day.
Particularly the later the start time is set, and the larger the 
fixed task length.
Thus the valid comparison becomes the size of the wallet.

Which is why in 1981 Sports class and handicaps came into being.
