Thank you Mark,
all this is true,
and then I invite you look at why
AUGC doesn't today have the membership numbers and soloing rate it
had in its heyday, has recently been thrown by the landowner off its
airfield, is currently reliant on such resources provided by OFTTHs,
and to then further anticipate what is going to happen to the club
shortly with the change proposed by govt toward voluntary student
union fees.

Thank you Nick,
You may wish to comment about where are the young people with even
AEI ratings willing to fill the roster or even do a stint as a
professional instructor at clubs?
I have offered to those young people who have tried your brand of
blackmail on me to have open access to the hardware to run such an
operation (I provide the airfield, gliders, winch and underpinning
funds) for themselves, and have been
told by them its too much work.

Thank you flamers and lurkers for an excellent thread.
I had a good flight today in attention getting conditions.
