OK everyone, deep breath, and please do not take this with any offence, as it could be seen as cold, an that would not be my intention.
Is there any way, in a hurry, we can capitalize on the recent accident near Benalla, by showing off gliding to the media. The window will only be open for a day or two, and the work uncomfortable. For myself, I can do nothing, but for a nearby club contacting the 'after-news' shows with the offer of a flight in a glider, and some explanations of what MIGHT have occurred, ( legal minefield ) -some positive may be possible from the tragedy.
