Ann,
As one who contributed to this discussion, I feel that an
acknowledgement is needed to the list you have provided.
I have checked the March 2005 P 22 and you are indeed correct.
However I must say that you should take note of the number of us members
who either missed it (and I am one of those) or where those reports have not
stuck in the memory of some contributors to this forum. You might take note
of that .... and we aren't all dills.
Thanks also for your note about "reinventing the wheel". That was very
helpful & encouraging.
I also say to you, although I'm probably on another reinventing bent,
that I consider a 3 line 9 word summary of the LS4 or LS1-F accidents on
December 6th as virtually meaningless, unless you wanted to convey the vital
safety information not to outland or if you do don't outland heavy. I
suggest that those 2 reports provide nothing meaningful for a member to
learn ... but more detail might provide considerable food for thought and
reflection.
Based on the data on p 22 or the March 2005, the reports and info are
obviously available and I ask whether it would be possible for those reports
to be expanded in their meaningfulness and issued progressively like the
HGFA and AUF/RAA appear to do?
I also ask ... why have they been kept so brief and why are they saved
up for 6 monthly issue. Has that been a conscious decision?
Regards & thanks
Geoff
