Another good thing to consider is Due Dilligence.
This involves identifying all that needs to be done (in training, in general gliding operations (checkflights etc), in air worthiness, winch driver training, care of the general public on the airfield etc etc) and being able to demonstrate that ALL of the requirements are being satisfied or issues have been identified and are being or have been corrected.
 
While this is a sizeable workload, it will prevent any unpleasant surprises that an accident investigation may identify.
