and enter the registration there. That will at least give you some information.
You might be just as well contacting the GFA office and asking them to
please on-forward the pictures to the owner. Although they won't give out
contact details due to privacy regulations, if you include a stamped
envelope to on-forward them, they will be able to assist you.
