Maybe it's not the most stright-forward way but there are two ways I can think off: 1. Create an internal link from another page - if the linked page doesn't exist then the link will appear in red - you can then click on it to get to the "non-existing page" and edit it by pressing the edit tab at the top. 2. Just type the page's url, with spaces replaced by "_", e.g. I typed: http://www.wikiglide.com/wiki/index.php/Test_Create and got to a "Test Create" page and could start editing it. The first method has the advantage of making sure there is at least one link to the new page so it's not an "island". Also this way is easier to enter non-standard characters in the url (otherwise you'll have to know how to escape them manually). Just one more thing - in order to save the local residents of aus-soaring from these technical issues there is a forum about the wiki, so I think such discussions would better move over there.
