Tom,
The Cirrus is known as a Cirrus K. It was developed for aerobatics and
features a clipped wing to 12.6 m and the modified empanage. It first
appeared at the 4th World Aerobatic Champs in Poland 1991.
The tailplane is from a Nimbus 2c. It was dubbed the K but no one really
knows why. Its VNE is 300 kph and load factors of +7 and -5. I am unable
to tell you where it finished. Refer AG Jan. 1992
Cheers

Does anyone know about the Cirrus shown in this month's photo? Would
appreciate some feedback.
