> Remember to wriggle your toes and ankles regularly to help the
circulation in flight and help transport some body heat from your torso
to your lower extremities (prepared to be shot down by Michael Texler or
any other medical professional about body heat circulation).

Sagely advice Anthony! Can't add anything to that!
Wiggling toes is good. Try and avoid getting socks wet from sweat because that
can freeze.

My experience stems from skiing at minus 35 degrees C in Colorado. It is bloody
cold!

I am yet to get above 12,000'. I have promised myself that I will do a
Stirling's wave camp in the future! Wife and two young kids (less than 3 years
old) are keeping me at home at the moment, although the darling wife kicks me
out to go gliding when I start running around the house in circles with arms
out stretched making beeping noises...

Ah yes, the juggling act of a non-gliding wife and two young kids. I guess it
sounds familiar to many!
