The GFA Board spent two intensive weekends working on this and now is very much in need of your
input as you can see from the accompanying letter from Daryl Connell, the GFA president.
Please note that the Board not only wants (needs) your input on the draft primary objectives (and
their priority) and the strategies associated with each of these, but we also need your guidance
on the specific activities for each strategy. These activities are the things that we all (as the
GFA) will do to give life to the strategies and achieve the objectives we decide upon.
In particular, activities will need to happen at the club and region level as well as at the
central GFA level.
So it's time to pool all that wisdom and experience - because unless we get our act together,
gliding in Australia will remain on the skids!
For the Qld region (including northern NSW) I am attempting to set up meetings before Sept 23
(the AGM and seminar). I will get back to you on this shortly.
