Hi Nigel, I used your Flarm for the first time at DDSC and found it a fantastic device in aiding
look-out. Those sand-gropers in WA do not know what they are missing. :-)
However, whilst in the circuit 1000' AGL at the end of a day's cross country, I got four red lights
(the one "above", the one "below", and two on a direction) plus the audible collision warning which
gave me a real fright. I found the aircraft well above me that I had not seen till then, but the
only FLARM active below me was the tug that was stationary on the ground with it's master on.
Any idea why that would happen?
