Thank you for your email of 16 November and I apologise for the
delay in responding.
The Department for Transport Energy and Infrastructure is
currently working with the Gawler Aerodrome regarding their options and
they will work with individuals that own or lease property impacted by
the Northern Expressway. I recommend contacting them directly and
provide a link to the Land Acquisition Act for your information.

I am a part owner of a private hangar based at the Gawler
aerodrome. I believe the new northern expressway will require my hangar
to be removed/relocated.
Can you supply me the details of what you believe my property
rights are and a detail of your proposal for the private hangars on the
airfield.
