Hi JR,
There are a few around, I will try and call them in. If not it is pretty
easy to do it again. I have the Kingy at home and we could stage the event
so everyone can see it.
I really want to do it at BCS when they are rigging one of the glass
heavyweights. I wonder if I would get the same response? I haven't laughed
so much at a gliding site for years.
For those wondering what we are talking about, As the army of helpers was
rigging Kens T-21 at Bordertown I wandered over with one of the Kingy wings
under my arm and casually asked where does this bit fit on the T-21?. Some
answers were'nt printable, predictably from those slowly sinking under the
weight of the T-21 wing, but one bright spark suggested it could double as
an aileron.
I then laid the Kingy wings on the ground upside down and JR and I flipped
the fuselage over and as the T-21 helpers were doing the up a bit, back a
bit, down a bit. forward a bit dance, JR and I did the same with the kingy
fuselage. Further comments were not what I expected from such a esteemed
group of gentlemen pilots.
I will do a photoshoot and send it to AG.
Whaddayou reckon JR.
