I cannot comment on why there are no results, but
after spending the weekend there and flying the Sunday, I do know
they're having a great time and my impression of the event is that
winning and the _results_ are not the main focus of the gathering.
I learned heaps from the experience and I think it is this slight
shift in focus to enjoyment and competition experience in a
non-threatening environment that makes this annual event so popular.
It is most definitely a learning ground for many.

So I can see why there might *not* be an emphasis on day by day results
(maybe the organisers are having technical difficulties?)
But I do hope we'll see a set of final results by event end.

It all bodes well for gliding in general. Pity the
countryside doesnt look too great though. Its dry, really dry.

Regards
A.J.

I can't find any on the comp website ( http://www.boonahgliding.com.au/blueclouds/eastercompsresults.html ) . Bit of deja vu here as well - we went through the same thing last year.
Surely there is someone in QLD that can keep a comp website up to date.

Nick.
