Good luck Greg - from my recent experience, you will have to pay much more than $20K for an ASW19. Great glider though. Unfortunately there are only 4 in the country, two of which just changed hands. I have just bought a 1/2 share in a Std Cirrus for approx. your budget - a choice which we are very happy with. Perhaps you should investigate a syndicate to share costs?
