No need to wait a few years Jo, you can purchase the demonstrator Discus 2c and have the best of 3 classes, and take delivery pretty much straight away, and you get a 'kinky wing' handicap advantage.

That will keep Nigel on his toes, or spur him on to get some jets installed.. :-)

The way you have been flying Joe lately Bruce might be the one worried!

Do I have a few years yet before you think of getting into 18 metre?

Speaking of pilot ability ruining handicaps, I don’t suppose you would consider flying a Std Cirrus instead of a 19 Bruce?

Of course not Bruce. When the placings are bad it is the pilots fault and when they are good, the aeroplane did it. Quite simple and interchangeable with any sport really. :-)
If you are going to look at the handicaps again, I take it you will be wanting to handicap the 'kinky wings' down to a 'straight wing' level?
:-)

Obviously we will have to look at "Kinky Wings" handicaps now, as two V2CX's in the first couple of places must mean we have got it wrong! Surely it has nothing to do with the pilots...

Thanks Adam,

Yes, I agree, the new class structure seems to be working extremely well.
Does one get a better handicap for having kinky wings? ;-)

Congratulations to Butch and Woolley Pup.
