Syndicate members required for self launching high performance 2 seat glider. .
PRELIMINARY DETAILS:
Preferred number of members: 6 (Expressions of interest from Bendigo
members is currently 3)
Maximum cost of share $30k
Home base: Bendigo Gliding Club's site at Raywood.
Use of glider at camps, safaris and competitions will be encouraged. Weekends
may be rostered during summer to ensure all members have fair access.
Annual insurance premium to be shared equally.
Operating cost to be charged on hourly rate for engine time and flight time.
Rates to be determined by syndicate to cover costs.
Capital to be used for purchase of glider and hanger space .Aircraft to be
rigged and available for mid-week operation.
Sale of shares/introduction of new syndicate member to be subject to majority
approval.
NOTE: No aircraft purchase has been negotiated at this time. It is probable
that a suitable aircraft will need to be sourced from Europe or USA.
Experienced pilots are preferred.
