Don't worry Mark Newton, Mark Rowe was last heard of employed by CASA.
The point was that for FAI comps and records there were only 25 US
pilots who needed one of these last year so they decided to get rid
of the requirement for the US Nationals and to claim FAI badges. It
might be a good idea to get rid of the requirement for Australian
contests and save people a little money and trouble.
