TODAYS "Sat Afternoon" there will be a segment on gliding at 5.30 CHANNEL 9 (July7). May be worth a look but only QLD Channel 9 - The glider in segemnt is G109c III which trust me is a very nice glider and much improved on the G 103 II for feel - infact one of the nicesest 2 seaters I have ever flown.
To all in Qld and southern comps pilots......I have been approached by friend medical director of Careflight Qld re fitting FLARM to their rescue hellicopter based at Toowoomba. I do know last easter comps the fines (about $300 total guess) went to Careflight and if this were to be done at forthcoming Qld comps and Club Class Nationals then Gliding would be donating a FLARM to Careflight Toowoomba the one that would serve us if we were to need them.
