The trick with the game is to make the flash player 'think' that your mouse has moved the launch distance in a time approaching zero. You'll notice that when you move off the flash section of a browser window the plane stays in the location in which the mouse was last seen......
So - position the plane near the top left of the flash window, continue to move your mouse to the left and off the browser window, move the mouse around to the right of screen (without contacting the flash window) and let the flash player 'see' it again somewhere near the bottom right. A few goes gave me a best of 113m but I think a bit of playing with the left and right positions could yield better results.
