[Dave] Spot on it's an SD card though! This is good because it saves all the files and settings so there is no need to reinstall and configure if you lose the data.I have also found the special screwdriver for the IPAQ is very handy on a couple of occasions removing the screws and disconnecting the battery has been needed to reset a locked up PDA-not a problem with the 5500, as it has a removable battery But earlier models do not.
