Hi Folks, I’m very proud to announce the formation of Australia’s newest soaring group; the Australian Junior Gliding Club. Last night juniors from all around the country participated in an online meeting to start making decisions and taking responsibility for the future junior gliding movement (and for that matter the gliding movement generally). While there is still much detail to be worked through (and we’ll be drawing from the existing excellent pool of knowledge in the movement) we’re very excited and enthusiastic about the potential contribution to the sport we feel that we’re in a unique position to make.
Thank you to all the supporters of JoeyGlide and the junior movement thus far, we look forward to further strengthening our relationships as the AJGC evolves.
