Hi Neil and Bob and Mark,
Well, october fast approaches and the availability of the workshop beckons.
I have been working towards a plan, I think we will need one.
Firstly I have the Boomerang rudder at home. What I am going to do is cover it
at Bacchus with the fuse on hand to ensure I get it right this time. That wont
take very long and can fit into the program.
The Boomerang, Olympia and Foka are the priorities and those will be done
first. Both have different covering schemes but this shouldn't be a problem.
There may also be some parts from the K 6 e and there is a sleeper (Bocian)
that may need to be added, but that can be done later.
I want the Boomerang, Foka and Olympia done first.
I have all the silver coatings and wet and dry for sanding for both gliders.
How much white do we have?
I will organise the compressor from Dave,
I have my spray gun.
I am available for the first 2 weeks every day except thursday. I have to work
on that day. If we cant do them by then, we are not doing it right.
I will be at Bacchus this coming Sunday. We should be able to go into the VSA
shed and get everything prepared. Let me know your availability please. No
problems if you can't make it I can get things ready. A meeting on friday at my
place may help if we need to. No doubt I will leave some things behind so we
can organise our timetable then.
Best regards
Ian P
