"soaring with eagles in a modern sailplane is OK,
naked is better" is a bit different to "you can't soar
with them in a sailplane". 

I don't think we're likely to get sued by anyone for
being (arguably) slightly less bird-like than a
hanglider! 

I would argue in fact that a lot of people would find
hanging prone in the breeze wearing a big helmet a bit
less of a serene experience than sitting comfortably &
having a normal conversation in a glider. 

Horses for courses I guess.
