You could try contacting the Central Queensland Gliding Club.  They have a 
spare blanik wreck sitting in the hangar, you might be able to pinch the bolts 
from there. Alternatively, you could get in contact with Allan McMaster of the 
same club he'd be able to point you in the right direction.
