If we are not required to have FMs for PA25s - over the years we got used to not seeking them - and perhaps that explains why the view that Piper had not produced FMs became prevalent? Cheers Michael

However for glider towing it dies need an approval page and a supplement detailing weight and runway information for the glider towing role (as a supplement to the approval page). If you have the FAA-approved [old] POH or the former Australian Flight Manual pre-2001, you may use it for guidance but there is no legal requirement to have it and it has no legal standing.
