I wouldnt mind seeing some photos. Powering PDA's for me so far has been a
case or rewiring a car charger. All a bit messy really.
Is there a limit to the PDA's they fit? And can a cradle hold multiple types
of similar PDA?

For those of you who use PDAs, I have finally managed to find a good value
cradle/holder, with built in 5V-12V power supply and RJ socket for GPS.
A suction cup canopy mount is included.
I just got sample units in (IPAQ 5500 and 4700) and they seem very good.
I am in the process of ordering some more from overseas. They are available
for most models of Dell and IPAQ PDA. Some others may be available.
Price is $100 inc delivery within Aust, including a cable to suit FLARM.
Forr $25 the unit can be modified for use with a logger or Garmin (So it
supplies 500ma fused 12V to logger).
For $50 it can be modified for use with both types.(A switch fitted).
This is a custom unit for the particular model of PDA.

will be ordering in about 2 weeks.
These are good value, given the only other unit I know of is $150 +
delivery from the US for the cradle without suction mount and does not have the
built in power supply, these are great value.
