G'day Simon and All, Cheers for all your kind words, sure is going to be another exciting 3 months coming up! The bond @ REX is $15k and 2 years of service reducing pro-rata. Although it's a pitty that I have to leave before my bond is up, REX was really good about it, saying that I can cancel my resignation at any time and continue to work as normal in the future. All is well with the bonds as long as you pay them back, some people skip them but it comes back to haunt them in all their future jobs. Think I've got about 6k to pay back to REX, so I'm not too bothered about that considering the LARGE payrise that I'll be getting soon.. Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year to all, WPP

A wonderful opportunity has arisen, I've now been given a start with Tiger Airways :). Initially I'll be based in Melbourne for my endorsement, then will be moving across to Adelaide for the opening of their new base, 1st March. They still haven't given me a firm start date, but they're talking either the 5th or 8th of Jan! Exciting times ahead, I'll keep you posted..
