Stu The owner is a Canberra based RA-Aus pilot who has a PPL and all the bells & whistles to be able to fly in there. It has been based there for about 3 years and is regularly tied down in the GA grass area. It's a Pipistrel Virus, as Adam said, which is NOT a motorglider but the short-wing version of one (the Sinus). Seems like his arrangement for CB TWR is to use the callsign "motorglider 911" instead of "Virus 4911" which is the correct one to use.
He is a mate of Michael Coates and regularly features on Michael's mcp website.
