IGC Flight Replay is unfortunately Windows only.
Although in theory it may run under Mono on Mac OS X - be interesting to
find out some time.

The convert tool that comes with Google Earth - but must be run from the
command line, will convert the IGC files into KML for use on Google Earth.

But it suffers from the same problems as below - Wall down to surface etc.

Sorry I can't help much more. I also only use a Mac & Linux, but I don't
really do the 3d Visual part.
