Please note that I have an agreement with Francesco that you (or any of your affiliated companies) will refrain from selling any of your gliders in Australia. Please understand that such a practice will greatly deminish the chances of bringing new gliders into the country and will therefore undermine both Schleicher's and my business. Therefore I have taken the liberty of copying Ulrich in on this correspondence. He will contact you in due course. I'm sure you will understand and I asume that you were unaware of my agreement with Francesco! You would also object if I would try to sell gliders into your small market. Please confirm that you will no longer offer the glider for sale in Australia, Japan or New Zealand.
