From my experience, definitely not. I have around 30 annual
inspections on IS28's completed. Yes they take a bit of maintaining and
small hands are needed for some jobs but they are reasonable to
maintain. I can detail my position on this given time which I don't
have just now.

Hasn't one of the QLD clubs been trying to sell both of theirs for about
12 months now? I been seeing ads in Oz Soaring for them for a long time.
