Hi Mike,
Had a quick look at the new 95.4. Parallel path still exists TG, though it
would have been hard to get rid of it without GFA rule changes.
RAAus is mandatory membership but they could be forced, in the right set of
circumstances, to have to change their rules. Went unnoticed I suppose.
