Funeral at St Mark's Anglican church Warwick this Friday 13th at 10am.
Gus was one of the two best instructors, along with Don Scott, that I ever had
the privilege to fly with, gliding, GA or airline.
Tom

Only a few weeks back (28-Mar-11), on the occasion of a road sign being
unveiled in his honour, Gus Mauch was quoted as follows in the Warwick Daily
News as follows ...

Speaking after the presentation of the sign, Mr Mauch said he was humbled by
the gesture.“I’d like to thank the ones responsible for this. When I’m gone, my
name will stay here – it’s a lovely thought,” he said.

From Warwicks bulletin board:

It is with deep regret we advise that at 7.00pm this evening Gus Mauch our
