A couple of days ago there was a show on Channel 7 (Australia) with
the 10 most extreme airports...

Show synopsis:
http://www.channel5.com/shows/worlds-most-extreme-airports

A shortened/FSX-type summary clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLphTxDix-c

I'm sure the full show is out there somewhere...

List was:
1) Lukla, Nepal
2) Tegucigalpa, Toncontin - Honduras
3) St Barths - Carribean
4) Princess Juiliane, St Maarten - Carribean
5) Gibraltar, Spain/UK
6) Kai Tek, Hong Kong (Not sure why seeing it's been closed for years,
but anyway....)
7) Courchevel, France
8) Eagle County, Vaile, US
9) Funchal, Madeira
10) - San Diego

I'm sure the airline pilots on this forum will have an opinion on the
rankings/inclusions/exclusions -
Now -- let the arguments begin!
