You're definitely not on your own Kevin. I probably get to 'totally frustrated' but generally persevere with it to get the bare essentials.
The site works like it is probably served on location on the offices server. Limited bandwidth + other users accessing information locally will contribute to slow serving of pages. Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong. Incredibly slow response times when logging in and also when moving from page to page once logged in ... I usually just give up in frustration.
