Harry Medlicott has done a number, 1000km straight out to Horsham and straight
out 1277km to Gawler in Nimbus, probably more.
I did my triangle out of Narromine in FV.

Out of interest, how many 1000 k flights have been done out of Lake Keepit??
I think it was Paul Mander who did the first 1000 k triangle anywhere
in the world in a15m glider and Andy Pybus who did the first ever 1000
K triangle in standard class glider (LS 4). Both out of Narromine.
