First comp result is encouraging, the top 5-6 guys on that list are very 
talented by my personal experience.[as is Chip] The glider is quite different 
in it's philosophy, it will take some time to confirm that something that 
radical is competitive in all types of weather. Best of luck to them, it is 
great to see someone have a go! The Gliding International article goes on with 
ideas of "dynamic Soaring" etc which will not be useful for 95% of pilots in 
practice. Interesting to see what seems to be a huge cockpit and fuse size 
[high drag] and the "conventional" tail [also higher drag than T tail] I expect 
if they reckon it is that good there will be one at Uvalde!?
