Hi Mark,

Not an uncommon phenomenon in 304 and 316 SS pipework carrying water with even minute chloride content. However, one would question the source of the chloride in a glider situation - granted that the coastal areas would likely be more prone to such exposure from wind-borne aerosol contact.
