One of the longest and soarable coastal cliff in Australia is the the
Great Australia bight. Easy to do an 1000+K (or more) out and back in
the right conditions.
Anyone with a a motor glider interested??
was planning to get the Oz RC slope distance record along (using
FPV) , but the guy I was going to do it with took a job in Europe
Ask me about the 5.5 hour flight along it in my R22 some time, yes
they have a 3 hour fuel limit !
