CASA has just released CAAP 149-1(0), "RAAO registered aircraft acceptable to CASA for the aerotowing of other aircraft."
Part 6 includes a list of Recreational Aviation Administration Organization (RAAO) aircraft which CASA thinks are acceptable tugs. The document claims, "This is the first CAAP to be written with specified aircraft types acceptable to CASA for aerotowing."
