I know nothing about volkslogger but maybe the internal battery in GPS
engine has gone flat.  Maybe leave it on for 3 days (or fit a new 3v cell
in GPS engine) then force a new date (and time and approx position) into
unit via hyperterminal link.  Guess there is nothing in Lat long as it
would be lost in the world.  What GPS engine does a Voltslogger have?
