The death of Tony Gaze is reported in the Melbourne Herald Sun this morning
at age 93.
Among his many achievements from being an RAF pilot with the DFC awarded 3
times.
[He was credited with 12.5 German aircraft and being the first Australian
pilot to to down a Luftwaffe jet]
The article mentions that he represented Australia in the 1960 World Gliding
titles in West Germany.
